Anniversary of King James Bible

‘The King James Bible Trust has been established to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible which was completed in 1611. Throughout 2011, many Events and Projects will be taking place across the UK and around the World to mark the 400 years since the creation of the book that changed the world.

As an independent charity we rely on the public’s help to provide the range of resources found on this website and around the country. Some people donate their time by offering to arrange an event or organise the celebrations in their area, while others prefer to support us by making a donation.

You can now look at a digital reproduction of the King James Bible as it appeared when it was published in 1611.Read and search the King James Version here on the King James Bible Trust website.’ (Taken from the King James Bible 400th Anniversary website)
