Oxford: student financial support from 2012/13

UK students applying this autumn to start university in autumn 2012 can find information about our proposed package of tuition charge waivers and non-repayable bursaries on our website.

Tuition charge waivers of up to £5,500 per annum, and non repayable bursaries of up to £4,300 per annum, will be available depending on a student’s household income.

Tuition charges will be covered by government loans which will not have to be repaid until the student has graduated and is earning at least £21,000 per annum. In addition, non-repayable grants and repayable loans for living costs will continue to be available from the government depending on household income.

UK students starting at Oxford University in October 2011 will be subject to the same funding arrangements as current students.
